State of Mississippi Requirements to Receive a Piercing or Tattoo:
*You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo. Parental Consent is not allowed in the State of Mississippi
*You must have a government issued photo I.D. at the time you are going to get tattooed or pierced. Acceptable forms of I.D. are military I.D.’s, State issued driver’s license, State issued photo identification card, or a Government issued passport.
